- Handling Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday). This time is used for the meticulous creation and quality inspection of your custom memorial items.
- Transit Time: 8–12 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 11–17 business days.
3. Shipping Carrier
We use reliable international carriers and USPS for final mile delivery in the United States to ensure your tribute arrives safely.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Destination
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
