Refund & Return Policy

At Final Paw Tribute, we understand the emotional value of your memorial items. If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, we are committed to making it right.

1. Return Window

  • Customized Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products (engravings, photo portraits), these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Non-Customized Items: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for standard, non-personalized products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@finalpawtribute.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. For damaged/defective items, please attach clear photos of the product and the packaging.
  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization and the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping & Conditions

  • Standard Returns: For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective Items: If the error is ours, we will provide a prepaid return label or ship a replacement at no cost to you.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, or Google Pay) within 3–5 business days.
  • Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your tribute arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We prioritize these cases to ensure you receive a perfect replacement as quickly as possible.
